Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or an early-career detail oriented looking to build their accounting skills and gain hands-on experience in a detail oriented environment. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to day-to-day accounting operations while developing their career.
Key Responsibilities Assist with general ledger maintenance and journal entries. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Help prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules. Assist with audits and other accounting-related projects as needed. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.Bachelor 's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. entry level and candidates with limited accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
