Looking for Accounting Candidates in the Tampa Bay Area (Local Candidates Only)

The opportunities we work:

\n
• Permanent and contract positions
\n
• Fully in-office or hybrid schedules, depending on the company
\n
• Entry-level through senior-level roles, including Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, and beyond
\n

What the roles typically involve:

\n
• Recording and reconciling transactions across AP, AR, and the general ledger
\n
• Preparing and posting journal entries for month-end and year-end close
\n
• Reconciling bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts, and resolving discrepancies
\n
• Working with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing and payment questions
\n
• Supporting audit preparation by organizing financial documentation
\n
• Producing financial reports that highlight key trends and variances
\n

What we’re looking for:

\n
• 1+ years of accounting experience (we also work with experienced professionals at the senior level and above)
\n
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups are a big plus)
\n
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
\n
• Confidence communicating directly with vendors and stakeholders
\n
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
\n
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with close attention to detail
\n
• A collaborative, team-player mindset
\n
• Degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus
\n
• Must be located in the Tampa Bay area
\n
