Full-Time Assembly Position - Irvine

Pay: $19.00 $20.00 - DOE


Schedule: Monday - Friday (6am - 2:30pm)


We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Assembler to the team. The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components according to established procedures, specifications, and quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components by following work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Inspect assembled parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify defects, report quality concerns, and assist with corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production deadlines are achieved.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
