Resthaven Funeral Home is looking for a Funeral Director/Embalmer Apprentice to join our team in Frederick, MD where we offer a passionate and purpose-filled work environment. The Funeral Director/Embalmer Apprentice is an entry-level funeral service professional who is dedicated to learning every aspect of serving families with compassion, professionalism, and respect. Working under the guidance of licensed Funeral Directors and Embalmers, this role develops the skills necessary to support funeral arrangements, coordinate services, care for the deceased, and assist families through the grieving process. The ideal candidate is committed to personal and professional growth, eager to gain hands-on experience, and passionate about building a meaningful career in funeral service while upholding the highest standards of care and dignity.
