An excellent client of ours located in Bath, PA is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team!

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Break down, enter, and reconcile credit-card accounts, including Visa and American Express.
• Reconcile reimbursables.
• Post and reconcile prepaid accounts.
• Maintain roll-forward GL accounts.
• Perform intercompany account reconciliations.
• Enter financial data and transactions into the ledger.
• Review division P&Ls for closing.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Assist with external audits and provide documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate records and provide accounting support.
• Review and analyze financial reports, including establishing and tracking KPIs.
• Work with the accounting team to ensure financial statements and the GL are complete, accurate, timely, and prepared in accordance with GAAP.
• Support the Finance Manager and GL Accountant with tasks needed to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
