Job Description
CDR ProSource is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technicia n for a full-time position in Kalamazoo, MI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work in a demanding industrial manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: $22.00–$25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Required: Steel-toe boots.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and repairs.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance preferred.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment repair, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in a physically demanding, dirty, and oily industrial environment.
Willingness to work in high-temperature conditions, particularly during summer months when facility temperatures may exceed 80°ree;F due to operating furnaces.
Must have steel-toe boots.
Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and attention to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
