Associates who prove themselves can embed into a business unit as its strategy lead after roughly 18 months. The role The Strategy team is small and works as the company's problem-solving unit. Priorities are set weekly, and anything that does not sit inside a functional team lands with you: growth strategy, new business expansion, market outlook, process improvement, operating model design and some corporate development. The work reaches the CEO and the board. There is no research desk and no offshore team, so you build the analysis, form the view and stand behind it. Speed is valued above polish. There is no culture of sitting in the office for the sake of it.
